SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist (15-2, 9-2 GAC) moved up five spots in the latest National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Division II Top-25 Poll released on Tuesday.
The Bison, ranked No. 20 last week, moved to No. 15 after the team's dominating win over previously 18th-ranked Southern Nazarene.
For OBU, this matches its highest D2 ranking (15th), previously achieved on Dec. 2, 2025. Plus, this is the fifth weekly poll the Bison have found themselves ranked in, extending the program's most-ever placements in a single season.
Next on the schedule for the green and gold is a rematch with Southern Arkansas on Jan. 30 at 7:30 p.m. Earlier this season, SAU handed the Bison an 80-78 loss.
