INDIANAPOLIS – Five Oklahoma Baptist University track and field members were selected to compete in next week's NCAA Division II Indoor Championships. The meet runs from March 13-15 at Fall Creek Pavilion.
On the men's side, senior
Steven Schmidt was selected to compete in the heptathlon as well as the high jump.
OBU's female competitors include
Valerie Olson,
Anisha Henderson,
Jamora Horace and
Asia Foster.
The pentathlon will feature Olson while Henderson will compete in the long jump. As for the other pair, Horace is an entry into the high jump and Foster, a freshman, will compete in the 400 meters.
