Bison Jump to No. 15 in NABC Poll

SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist moved up four spots to No. 15 in the National Association of Basketball Coaches Division II Poll released on Tuesday.

The jump comes after the Bison won twice against Emporia State and Newman last weekend at home. OBU is now 6-0 overall, its best start since 2012-13.

To date, the green and gold are one of 16 undefeated teams in the NABC rankings.

A tough road swing is coming on Dec. 4 and 6 when the Bison play at Arkansas-Monticello (4-2) and Southern Arkansas (3-3). Those games mark the open of the 22-game Great American Conference schedule.
