SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist was ranked No. 19 in the Week 1 National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Division II Poll announced on Tuesday.
This marks the first time since March of 2021 that the green and gold were slotted in the top-25 of the NABC rankings. At that time, OBU was ranked 24th.

Jason Eaker's squad is 4-0, its first 4-0 start in the Division II era. The No. 19 placement is also the highest since OBU started playing at the NCAA D2 level in 2015-16.
OBU returns to action on Nov. 28 at 3 p.m. when it hosts Emporia State (2-2) at the Noble Complex.
