RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – The Oklahoma Baptist men's basketball team was picked to finish in second place as Great American Conference officials released the results of its preseason coaches' poll on Thursday.
OBU garnered 103 votes along with a single first-place vote. Topping the preseason poll was Southern Nazarene who earned 119 total votes along with nine, first-place nods.
Rounding out the top three was Harding who notched 95 votes.
Last season, the Bison posted an 18-11 record and 15-7 GAC mark, which was good for fourth in the standings.
