ALLENDALE, Mich. – The 4x400 relay team of Addison Brooks, Tizhane Brooks, Mary McKey, and Taylor James earned a spot in the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships finals on Saturday after posting a qualifying time of 3:42.81.
On Thursday, McKey punched her ticket into the women's 400m hurdles final after a 59.81 finish, a personal best. McKey's mark was the eighth-best overall.
The 4x400 relay squad's finish went for third in its respective heat and was the fifth-fastest time of the event. It is a season-best for the quartet and the fastest by a Bison relay team since 2019.
The women's 400m hurdles final is set for 3:20 p.m. on Saturday, while the 4x400 final is scheduled for 5:00 p.m.
