ARKADELPHIA, Ark. – Oklahoma Baptist wide receiver Keilahn Harris has been named to the Division II Conference Commissioner's Association (D2CCA) All-Super Region 3 Team for a second consecutive season. Harris earned a spot on the All-Region Second Team, the committee announced on Thursday afternoon.
The news comes a few weeks after the Richardson, Texas, native earned All-GAC First Team honors. He joins the company of Preston Haire as the only Bison in program history to garner multiple selections on the regional squads, as he was named to the First Team a season ago.
Harris posted one of the best seasons in the region this fall, finishing the regular season as the Super Region 3 leader in all-purpose yards (1,832) and receptions per game (7.3). Additionally, he ranked second in kickoff return yards (716), third in receiving yards (1,050), and fourth for receiving touchdowns (7).
The wideout holds nearly every receiving record in OBU history, finishing his tenure on Bison Hill with 196 receptions, 2,510 receiving yards, 26 receiving scores, and 4,166 all-purpose yards.
The GAC led the way for the conferences in total selections with 21, which included 11 First Team players. The MIAA had 15 All-Super Region 3 picks while the GLIAC had 10 and the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) had five.
In total, 21 region programs had at least one honoree and 11 different teams had multiple All- Super Region 3 selections. The GAC had nine of its 12 member schools represented between the two teams.
