MUSKOGEE, Okla. – The Oklahoma Baptist women's golf team finished the first day of competition at the 2019 NCAA Central Regional in 12
th place after 18 holes. The Lady Bison posted a team total of 321 (+37) at the par-71 Muskogee Country Club.

Shelby Phillips were the low individual performers for OBU, standing in a tie for 27th overall after a pair of first round 79s (+8).
Elly Baze carded an opening round 81 (+10), while
Hayden Meiser posted an 82 (+11) to complete the Lady Bison's team score.
