COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo – Oklahoma Baptist's
Jonathan Stewart was named the 2019 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) Swim/Dive Summit Award Winner.
The Summit Award is presented to the student-athlete with the highest cumulative grade-point average (GPA) participating at the finals site of an RMAC Championship event.
Stewart, a senior from Enid, will graduate this term with a degree in business management. He carries a perfect 4.00 GPA. He has already been honored as a CoSIDA/Google Cloud Academic All-American and is a member of the Delta Mu Delta business honors society.
To be eligible for this award, student-athletes must be a sophomore or above who participated in their sport for at least two years with their school. They must also be an active member of the team, traveling and competing at the tournament.
Stewart will be recognized at the RMAC 2018 Swim Championships this week in Lewisville, Texas.
