WARRENSBURG, Mo. - The Oklahoma Baptist women's golf team competed in the final round of their final fall event as they shot a 308 (+28) at the 2019 Midwest Classic at Mules National Golf Club.
Josie Patterson put together a terrific final round as she shot a 75 (+3) while
Hayden Meiser shot a 78 (+6) as both golfers shot a 153 (+9) to finish in 19th place at the event.
Elly Baze shot a 76 (+4) for a two-round score of 156 (+12) while
Michelle Carr shot a 79 (+7) for two-round score of 165 (+21). Rounding out the competitors for the Bison was
Shelby Phillips with a two-round score of 173 (+29).
Northeastern State won the event with a two-round score of 596 (+36) while Central Oklahoma was second with a two-round score of 604 (+44). Central Missouri placed third at 609 (+49) followed by Missouri Western State at 612 (+52) and Henderson State at 613 (+53).
OBU completes the fall season and will head into the offseason. They will return to action in February for the spring season.
