Lady Bison 11th at Central Preview

OLATHE, Kansas – Oklahoma Baptist placed 11^th in the rain-shortened Central Region Fall Preview at Prairie Highlands Golf Club Wednesday.
 
Rain washed out the second round on Wednesday and OBU finished with a team score of 319, one stroke back of Northwest Missouri for a top 10 spot.
 
Shannen Stewart led the Lady Bison, tied for 13^th at 76 (four over par). Josie Patterson also landed in the Top 25. The freshman carded a 78 to tie for 25^th place.
 
Shelby Phillips was 56^th at 82, followed by Elly Baze and Sydney Bowman, sharing 67^th at 83 each. Michelle Carr shot a 91 for 89^th place.
 
The Lady Bison return to action Sept. 10 and 11 at the 20^th annual NSU Golf Classic at Cherokee Springs Golf Club.
