STUNT Starts Season Saturday

SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist STUNT kicks off the 2018 season Saturday with four games in Oklahoma City.
 
The Lady Bison will face Drury at 11 a.m., Alma at 1 p.m., Independence Community College at 3 p.m. and University of Texas at Tyler at 5 p.m. at Brink Junior High.
 
Last season, OBU finished with a 5-3 record and qualified for the STUNT Division II National Championship in Dallas. Head coach Jessica Stiles was named the 2017 USA Cheer STUNT Division II National Coach of the Year after leading the program to a final four appearance in each of the first two years since the team was founded.
 
OBU is 1-1 in the previous two season openers, including a win over the University of Oklahoma to begin the 2017 season.
