LEWISVILLE, Texas – Oklahoma Baptist won two events Friday heading into Saturday's final day of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Swimming and Diving Championships.

Marti Penedes won the 500 freestyle with a meet record and B standard 4:27.27.
Drew Dickson was fourth at 4:31.22,
Alfredo Arrieche was ninth at 4:36.71 and
Tristan Villa was 10
th at 4:33.48 – all with B standards.

JP Goyetche placed second in the 100 backstroke at 48.55 and
Felipe Ramirez Zapata was fourth at 48.94, both with B standard qualifying marks.Â
Andre del Rio was ninth at 50.49,
Alex Mundt took 12
th at 52.53 and
Jonathan Stewart placed 16
th at 54.28.

OBU scored 79 points in the 100 breaststroke without winning it.
Davion Conley was second at 54.12, followed by
Fernando Morillas Ramos in third at 54.21,
Chad Brandon in sixth at 55.57,
Josip Miskovic in eighth at 56.32,
David Lambert in ninth at 56.63,
Henry Contich in 10
th at 56.76 and
Thomas Peterson in 11
th at 56.80. Conley and Morillas had B standard marks.

Kristijan Stunkovic was second at 1:47.75, Villa third at 1:49.07 and Zapata fourth at 1:49.21 in the 200 butterfly with B standard times. Arrieche was 11
th at 1:57.10.

Penedes, Dickson, Morillas and Stunkovic placed third in the 800 free relay at 6:43.06 while Mundt, Peterson, Stewart and Arrieche took 11
th at 6:51.73.

Ryan Walker won the 100 individual medley in 54.82 with
Zachary McSwain taking second at 58.63.
