MUSKOGEE – Oklahoma Baptist finished tied for 11
th in the 18-team NCAA DII Central Region Preview at Muskogee Country Club Wednesday.

Shannen Stewart led OBU with a 78 in the second round and finished in a tie for 32
nd at 158.
Josie Patterson shot 81 on the second round for 159 total and 36
th place.

Stewart birdied the par-4, 371-yard No. 10 hole and the par-5, 508-yard 15
th hole. Patterson had a birdie on the 18
th hole, a 320-yard par-4.

Elly Baze finished at 160 with rounds of 79 and 81, tying for 37
th place.
Shelby Phillips shot 84 Wednesday after a first-round 78 to end at 162.
Hayden Meiser also shot 84 Wednesday and, with her 82 on Tuesday, finished at 166. Phillips had a birdie on the par-3, 140-yard 17
th hole and Meiser birdied on the 11
th hole, a par-4 measuring 314 yards.

Michelle Carr had rounds of 82 and 83 for 165 and
Kailee McCrary went 94-84 for 178.

The tournament brings to a close the fall portion of the women's golf season.

Host Northeastern State won the team title at 602, followed by Central Missouri at 605, Southwestern Oklahoma State at 611, Henderson State at 618, Missouri Western State at 621, Nebraska-Kearney at 622, Lindenwood at 623, Central Oklahoma at 628, Minnesota State at 629, Northwest Missouri at 630 and OBU and Southern Nazarene at 639.

Fort Hays State followed at 646 with Concordia St. Paul at 647, Southern Arkansas at 664, Harding at 666, Northwestern Oklahoma State at 682 and Missouri Southern State at 702.
