OBU Swims at Florida Tech Saturday

SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist returns to the pool Saturday, visiting Florida Tech in a 10 a.m. (Central) dual in Melbourne, Florida.
 
The Bison are No. 12 in CollegeSwimming.com's men's championship rankings with Florida Tech at No. 17.
 
For the Bison, David Lambert is No. 1 and Chad Brandon is No. 10 in the 50 free. Lambert also is fourth in the 100 free. Fernando Morillas Ramos is fourth in the 100 breaststroke and eighth in the 200 breast. Kristijan Stunkovic is No. 10 in the 200 butterfly.
 
In the relays, OBU is No. 2 in the 200 free, fifth in the 200 medley and 10^th in the 400 medley.
 
Florida Tech's Victor Rocha Furtado is No. 4 in the 50 free and second in the 100 free.
 
In the relays, Florida Tech is No. 6 in the 200 free.
 
The Lady Bison are No. 31 in the CollegeSwimming.com championship team rankings. The Panthers are unranked in women's swimming.
 
OBU's Victoria Fonville holds the No. 1 spot in the 50 free this season. Tammy Price is second in the 100 backstroke and No. 10 in the 50 back. Suzanne Afchain is No. 8 and Celina Marquez is ninth in the 100 backstroke. Marquez also is No. 7 in the 200 back.
 
OBU is sixth nationally in the women's 200 free relay.
