Swimmers Hit Four B Standards

SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist hit four B standard qualifying marks at the Edmond Ice Breaker over the weekend.
 
Victoria Fonville won the 50 freestyle in 23.77 seconds. Fonville's 22.59 earlier this season leads the NCAA Division II rankings.
 
On the men's side, David Lambert won the 50 free in 20.26 seconds. Lambert has the best time in the event this season at 19.17 seconds.
 
Daniel Ramirez, took the 100 free in 44.46 seconds, which is the new No. 14 time in Division II, and the 100 butterfly in 48.74 seconds, marking the No. 18 time this season.
 
OBU returns to the pool Friday at 3:30 p.m. in a home intrasquad met before heading to Dallas Saturday for the Southern Methodist University Invitational.
