Bison Tied for Second in RMAC Poll

SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist men's swimming and diving team was selected to finish second in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Preseason Coaches' Poll, the RMAC announced Thursday.
 
The Bison were tied with Colorado Mesa for second place after earning 12 points and one first-place vote each. OBU finished third at the RMAC Championships in February in the first year of competition for the university in the conference.
 
California Baptist is picked to finish first in the league with 15 points, garnering three first-place votes. Colorado School of Mines (7 points) is fourth and Oklahoma Christian (4) was selected fifth in their program's first season of competition.
 
After a successful meet at the Shawnee Invitational to open the season last week, the Bison return to the pool Friday at the North Texas Relays in Lewisville, Texas.
