Final Results) Oklahoma Baptist wrapped up the 2016-17 season Tuesday at the final round of the Great American Conference Women's Golf Championship at Hot Springs Country Club.

Due to OBU's provisional status in the GAC, the Lady Bison were unable to compete for the team championship. Had they been eligible, OBU would have finished at 315 today and finished fourth for the tournament at 962 (328, 319, 315).

Freshman
Elly Baze finished tied for 10
th after a two-over 74 in round three. Baze had a combined total of 235 (82, 79, 74) after improving multiple strokes each round.

Michelle Carr wrapped up her third round with a 78 for the second straight day. Her 238 (82, 78, 78) total was good enough for T13.

Senior
Emma Williams carded a 78 in her final collegiate round, and was T15 for the tournament at 240 (81, 81, 78).

Shannen Stewart had a three-round total of 249 (83, 81, 85) and
Paige Neidy totaled 263 (87, 90, 86).

OBU is expected to complete the three-year transition process from the NAIA to NCAA Division II over the summer and be eligible for NCAA postseason beginning in the fall of 2017.
