Bison Seventh in CollegeSwimming.com

SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist moved up in the men's CollegeSwimming.com ranking to No. 7.
 
The CollegeSwimming.com ranking is based on actual performance and not on a board of coach votes. The lone flaw is that the ranking does not take into consideration injuries that happen after times are reported.
 
"It's fairly accurate, but the reason I say we're over-rated is because we've got a lot of people injured who wouldn't be able to count those times in a meet today," said OBU Coach Sam Freas.
 
Queens (NC) leads the ranking at 704.55 and Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference member California Baptist is just ahead of the Bison at No. 6 with 657.50 to OBU's 653.20.
 
The OBU men have several top 10 times in Division II.
 
David Lambert is No. 1 in the 50 free at 20.15.
 
Fernando Morillas Ramos is No. 6 in the 200 breaststroke at 2:05.20.
 
OBU has the No. 4 time in the 200 free relay at 1:22.70 and the 800 free relay at 7:05.02, the No. 8 time in the 200 medley relay at 1:32.69 and the No. 9 time in the 400 free relay at 3:06.79.
 
Otto Lehtonen checks in at No. 5 in one-meter diving at 325.9 and No. 6 in three-meter diving at 306.5.
