EDMOND – Oklahoma Baptist scored a win in the first cross country race of the season at the Central Oklahoma Land Run's women's race before the OBU men took fifth in the men's event.

The Lady Bison won with 34 points and won by 27. NAIA fourth-ranked Oklahoma City was second at 61 and Midwestern State was third at 66.
