Swimmers Invade Malibu Friday

MALIBU, Calif. – Oklahoma Baptist sends its swimming and diving teams to Pepperdine's Malibu Invitational Friday.
 
"This is our big fall trip," said OBU Coach Sam Freas. "We went to this meet two years ago and really found out a lot about ourselves."
 
The two-day meet features diving and distance swims Friday with the middle distance and sprint events set for Saturday.
 
OBU will get its first look at Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference favorite California Baptist.
 
The 10-team field includes OBU, CBU, Pepperdine, Cal State-Bakersfield, Loyola Marymount, Azusa Pacific, Concordia, California Lutheran, Occidental, Soku and Biola.
