RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Senior
Asia Foster of the Oklahoma Baptist women's track and field team picked up another Great American Conference Athlete of the Week accolade on Tuesday.
It's the fourth time in her career and second time this season that the native of Bridgetown, Barbados has been selected.
Last weekend at Texas State's Bobcat Invitational, Foster turned in the top national D2 outdoor mark in the 400-meter dash. She won the race in 52.86 which was a personal-best and met NCAA qualifying standards.
For Foster and the Bison, they return to action on Apr. 10 at the John Jacobs Invitational in Norman.
