Volleyball Moves Up in AVCA-Teraflex Coaches Poll

LEXINGTON, KY – After holding steady in last week's AVCA-Teraflex Division II Coaches Poll, Oklahoma Baptist volleyball has moved up two spots to #22 in this week's poll. The Bison (19-4, 11-0 GAC) won both of their matches last week to remain undefeated in Great American Conference play and need only two more conference victories to earn their fifth GAC regular-season crown.

This week's ranking is the highest for OBU since being ranked #22 in Week 6 of the 2021 season. In addition to OBU's ranking in the AVCA-Teraflex poll, the Bison also received good news on Monday when they were ranked #17 in the first NCAA NPI rankings of the season.

The Bison will play just once this week when they travel to Southeastern Oklahoma State on Thursday, Oct. 22.
