SHAWNEE, Okla. — Oklahoma Baptist (8–9, 4–7 GAC) protected its home floor on Thursday evening, using a dominant fourth‑quarter surge to pull away from Southern Nazarene (5–10, 5–6 GAC) for an 81–73 victory inside the Noble Complex.
The Bison controlled the tempo late, outscoring the Crimson Storm 24–21 in the final frame while shooting 44 percent and converting 5-of-5 free throws in the period.

OBU put four players in double figures and shot 42.6 percent from the field for the game.
Jaedyn Getman powered the Bison with 32 points and 14 rebounds, logging an impressive double‑double while going a perfect 12-of-12 at the foul line.

Southern Nazarene was paced by Boston Berry, who scored 22 points and grabbed seven rebounds. Nessa Begay added 14 points, and Halyn Browning chipped in 11 off the bench.
