RICHARDSON, Texas – Oklahoma Baptist women's basketball picked up its third win of the season with a 64-54 road victory over Texas-Dallas on Saturday afternoon at the UTD Activity Center.

The Bison (3-1) jumped out early, fueled by hot shooting from beyond the arc, and never trailed after the opening minutes. OBU led 20-16 after the first quarter and extended the margin to 32-24 at halftime behind a balanced offensive attack and strong rebounding.

In the second half, the Bison maintained control, outscoring the Comets 17-16 in the third and sealing the game with timely buckets in the fourth. OBU finished the day shooting 37.5% from the field, including eight three-pointers, while holding UTD to 34% overall.

Katelyn Davis and Jaedyn Getman led the charge for OBU. Davis tallied 18 points, four assists, and seven rebounds, while Getman posted a double-double with 20 points and 10 boards, adding three steals and a block. Brenna Butler contributed six points and a team-high 12 rebounds, and Faith Wright chipped in three points and two assists. Off the bench, Parker Stevenson added five points, including a key triple in the fourth quarter.

Defensively, the Bison forced 17 turnovers and converted them into 11 points, while dominating the glass with 44 rebounds compared to UTD's 35.

OBU heads to San Antonio for the St. Mary's Thanksgiving Classic, opening with Texas A&M–Kingsville on Friday, Nov. 28, at 2 p.m. The Bison will then face St. Mary's (TX) on Saturday, Nov. 29.
