OBU Track & Field Ranked in Week 1 USTFCCCA Poll

SHAWNEE – Both Oklahoma Baptist track and field teams were ranked in the U.S. Track & field and Cross Country Coaches Association Week 1 poll released on Tuesday.

For the women, their No. 11 mark is the best-ever in the Division II era (2016-pres.). That bests a previous high ranking in 2019 when the program was slotted 21st.

As for the men, they checked in at No. 21 in the USTFCCA Poll. Previously, during the 2020 campaign, the Bison were slotted 19^th.

This coming weekend, the teams will be competing at Pittsburg State and Washburn.
