SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist's
Marta Romero Crespo finished in third place overall as the Bison concluded their yearly OBU Fall Invitational presented by Jersey Mike's on Tuesday at the Shawnee Country Club.
The Bison, which led by seven strokes after round one, watched as Northwestern Oklahoma State rallied in the second and third rounds on Tuesday to win the team title.
Plus, Northwestern's Romane Lacoste took home medalist honors after closing the third round with birdies on five of the last seven holes.
For Crespo, a freshman from Madrid, Spain, she finished four-over. She was plus-one in the opening rounds before firing a plus-two 74 in the third. Among her highlights, Crespo eagled the 10th hole in the first round and then had several birdies down the stretch in round two.
Morgan Simmons was OBU's next top finisher at seventh place. After posting an even-par first round, which was good for first place, the sophomore from Memphis shot four-over in the second followed by a five-over 77 in the third.
OBU also saw

For Lehr, she was plus-seven after the first round, but rebounded to shoot even-par (72) and plus-two (74) in the second and third, respectively.
Rounding out the Bison's top finishers were
