RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – There were 100 Oklahoma Baptist student-athletes named to the 2022-23 Great American Conference All-Academic Team on Monday. OBU's mark of 100 eclipsed last year's total of 89.
In all, there was a record 1,380 GAC student-athletes recognized. That topped last year's mark of 1,375. To be considered, they must have enrolled as freshmen prior to the fall of 2022. In addition, their grade-point average must have reached a minimum of 3.30 based on the 4.0 system.
