OBU Athletics is excited to announce the inaugural Bison Backers Week! March 23 through the 28th is all about supporting Bison student-athletes. During this week, we'll recognize the time and effort our student-athletes give to their programs by giving every donation that week towards OBU scholarships.
The week will start off with an online auction opening on Thursday the 23rd.
Friday March 24 will be Investing in Women's Sports Day which will provide opportunities and awareness on how to best impact our women's programs. This day includes our inaugural "Diamond Dig" on the Bison Softball field after their game vs. #17 Southern Arkansas at 5 pm. Fans can pay $15 to participate in the "Diamond Dig", which includes going on the field to look for OBU Rustic Cuff bracelets, an item from BC Clark Jewelers, and candy! The Women of Vision will be there providing cookies and the Healthy Hive will be selling beverages throughout the game.
On Saturday March 25 the Bison Backers Classic tees off at 9 a.m. at FireLake Golf Course. This tournament is a four-person scramble. Click
