RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Oklahoma Baptist senior forward
Katie Fowler earned Great American Conference Co-Offensive Player of the Week honors on Tuesday.
It is the third time this season she has garnered the accolade. Of note, Fowler is now one of only two Bison soccer players to ever earn three weekly offensive honors in the same season. In 2021, program great
Hannah White became the first.
Last week, Fowler, a native of Norman, tallied two goals and an assist versus Harding. Her second goal turned out to be the game-winner against the Lady Bisons.
With those marks, Fowler remained the near the top of the GAC in a few categories. She is second with eight goals and 19 points and tied for third in assists (3).
