Michelle Carr. "After our season was canceled last spring it's felt like it's taken us forever to get back to the normal feeling of traveling to tournaments and consistently competing. IÂ couldn't be more thankful and excited to jump back into things as we kick off our season in Texas this weekend."
Â
Elly Baze,
Hayden Meiser, and Carr finished day one as the top performers for the Bison, finishing in a tie for 12th with matching rounds of 81 (+9). Allycia Gan of MWSU was the day's top finisher after shooting 73 (+1).

"What I'm looking forward to most this season would be traveling with my team as we make so many great memories on our road trips and have so much fun together. We have such a tight-knit group of girls who consistently encourage and push each other, and while I'm sad this is my last year with them, I'm excited to see where we end up at the end of the season," said Carr.
Â
Round two of the UCM Southern Invitational will start Monday, Feb. 8 with group one set to tee off at 9:30 a.m.
