The Bison swept the relays, with
Marcus Petersen, Knauls, Holland, and Rhoden all coming together to take first in the 4x400 relay. This dynamic team of four will now have their shot at the national tournament.
Zachary Coak, Garett Elmore, Holland, and Eskew took first in the Distance Relay with a time of 10:32.23.
The Bison are also bringing home two wins in field events.
Nathaniel Worley won both the High Jump and the Triple Jump with heights of 1.98m and 13.39m respectively. Worley had already punched his ticket to the national tournament earlier this season.
Hayden Ashley got the win in the Men's Heptathlon with a score of 4940. Earlier this season, he came up just short of the needed score for an NCAA bid. This new score, however, will propel him to the NCAA National Heptathlon.
Up next, the Bison will travel to Birmingham Alabama for the NCAA division two national championships. The national tournament is set to begin Friday, March 13 and conclude the following day.
