SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — The eighth-seeded Oklahoma Baptist baseball team (33-19) will play No. 1 Augustana (40-14) in NCAA Central Regional I, on Thursday at 7 p.m. (CT), at Karras Park Home of Ronken Field.
The Bison and Vikings will battle in game two of the day's regional action, with Minnesota State and Arkansas-Monticello facing off in game one. The winner of game two will move on to play in game three at noon Friday, while the loser will play game four at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
Jake Gozzo leads the OBU offense with 72 hits and 19 home runs. OBU will start
AJ Merkel (5-3, 4.31 ERA) on the mound.
