SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist welcomes the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs to the OBU Lacrosse Complex for the team's 2019 home opener on Saturday, March 9 at 11 a.m. The game will also serve as both teams' Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference opener.
The Lady Bison will be searching to get back in the win column after dropping a 12-11 overtime decision on the road to Maryville two weeks ago.

SCOUTING THE MOUNTAIN LIONS
- UCCS has dropped three straight games since taking their season opener, 24-1, against Adams State. However, two of those losses have been to teams ranked in the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Top 25 poll in Regis and Tampa
- The Mountain Lions average 12.5 goals/game, paced by freshman Angela Noughton with 10 goals this season. Vanessa Nelson is second on the team with eight goals despite missing Monday's game against Tampa
- Natalie Church leads UCCS with 19 draw controls, while Audrey Napp and Naughton each have 11. UCCS owns a 61-49 advantage in draw controls through four games
- Emma Becker and Kennedy Travis have split time in goal, with Becker starting every game and Travis serving as the closer. The two goalies have combined for a 13.25 goals-against average and 40.4 save percentage
