OBU to Host Early Track Invitational

SHAWNEE – The Oklahoma Baptist track and field teams begins their outdoor season Thursday when they host the OBU Early Outdoor Invitational at Hurt Memorial Track.

Events are to begin at 12 noon and will follow a rolling schedule before concluding with the final competition, the men's and women's 4 x 400 relay.

A total of 15 different schools are expected to compete, many of which will bring both men's and women's teams.

In-state schools scheduled to attend include Cameron, Northwestern Oklahoma, Oklahoma Christian, Oklahoma Wesleyan, Science & Arts, Southeastern Oklahoma, Southern Nazarene, Southwestern Christian and Southwestern Oklahoma.
