Lacrosse Faces Maryville to Close Road Trip

THE GAME
  • Oklahoma Baptist (2-0) looks to close out February with their third straight win when they take on Maryville at 12 p.m.  on Saturday in St. Louis, Missouri
  • The Lady Bison will be playing on less than 24-hour's rest after winning decisively, 21-1, against Saint Mary in a neutral site game on Friday night
  • OBU hasn't opened up a season with three straight wins since they made the move to Division II
 
SCOUTING THE SAINTS
  • Maryville struggled in their season-opener last Saturday, falling 20-1 against No. 4 Lindenwood at home
  • Haley Downs scored Maryville's first goal in program history in the first half against Lindenwood
  • Maryville registered four total shots, while allowing 34
  • Tabatha Saake got the start in goal, allowing 14 goals in 34 minutes of action while registering three saves. Alyssa Graebner saw 26 minutes of action, picking up four saves while allowing six goals
