Green Signs in Swiss League

SHAWNEE – Former Oklahoma Baptist basketball standout Steven Green signed a professional contract with the Lugano Tigers of the Swiss Basketball League.
 
Green spent last season in the NBA's G-League and averaged 1.2 points over six games.
 
At OBU, Green was an honorable mention All-Great American Conference selection in 2016. In his two seasons with the Bison, Green averaged 11 points and 6.8 rebounds as a senior and 17.9 points and 6.1 rebounds his junior year.
 
Lugano reached the league semifinals last season.
