Final Results) Oklahoma Baptist finished the Baylor Invitational Saturday with 31 top-10 finishes at Clyde Hart Track and Field Stadium.

The Bison track and field team won two events on a very chilly day in Waco. Temperatures were in the 30s for most of the meet. OBU was the only NCAA Division II team in the meet, with all other schools competing at the Division I level.

Micah Brewer finished seventh in the 100-meter dash in 11.03 seconds and
Devontrae Young was ninth at 11.06.
Â
Young also took sixth in the 200-meter dash with a time of 22.79.
Sayvon Milton took eighth in the event at 23.21 and Brewer was ninth in 23.55.

Shirvante Knauls was seventh in the 400-meter run in 51.23 and
Clayton Honeycutt took 10
th place in 52.34.

Dillon Phillips finished sixth in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:59.14 and
Carlos James was seventh in 1:59.52.

Jacob Janzen took second place in the 1500-meter run in 4:07.83,
Nathan Crowson was sixth at 4:11.78 and
Jarrett Ellis finished ninth at 4:13.28.

Janzen won the 3000-meter run in 8:46.89 and
Patrick Harris (9:01.60) finished fifth in the non-championship event.

Brandon Crowley took seventh place in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 15.33 and
Cayden Spain was eighth in 15.44.

Spain finished fifth in the 400-meter hurdles in 57.00 seconds,
Dakota Kappelle (57.01) was sixth,
Hayden Ashley (59.81) was eighth and
Andrew Worley (1:00.13) finished 10
th.

Brewer, Milton,
Clayton Honeycutt and Young were third in the 4x100-meter relay in 43.32.

A team of Milton, Phillips, James and Knauls took second in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:18.76.
Â
Nathaniel Worley won the high jump by clearing 6' 4.75" (1.95 meters).

In the long jump,
Andrew Worley was eighth with a jump of 20' 9.25" (6.33m) and Ashley finished ninth at 20' 8.50" (6.31m). Ashley also finished eighth in the javelin throw at 155' 2" (47.31m).

Saleem Fadel was fourth in the shot put with a distance of 48' 4.50" (14.74m).

The men's discus throw featured a seventh place finish by
Jacob Cochran at 155' 10" (47.50m) and a 10
th place finish from
Jacob Power with a distance of 141' 0" (42.99m).

Zachary Medeiros finished eighth in the hammer throw at 139' 6" (42.53m) and
Edgar Villarreal took ninth with a throw of 122' 2" (37.23m).
