Molter Named GAC Track Athlete of the Week

SHAWNEE – Leah Molter is the Great American Conference Women's Track Athlete of the Week, it was announced Tuesday.
 
The junior from La Mesa, California, swept the hurdles events at the OBU Invitational, picking up a quarter of Oklahoma Baptist's eight event wins at the meet. She won the 100-meter hurdles in 14.11 and beat the field in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:02.63.
 
Molter marks the first Lady Bison athlete to earn the conference honor this year. She previously won the award twice in 2017.
