Basketball Camps to Continue as Planned

SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist's recent basketball coaching change has prompted numerous phone calls and emails regarding summer camps.
 
All of the summer camps will take place as scheduled with Coaches Jason Eaker and Josh Davis running the events. The staff requests that campers or teams contact them to confirm their spot in this year's camps, even if they have already signed up.
 
The Day Camp runs May 29 through June 1. Cost is $160 per camper and includes instruction, competition and a camp t-shirt. The camp is daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Lunch is not provided but can be ordered through the concession stand every morning.
 
Camp awards are presented at 4:30 p.m., June 1. Check-in on May 29 is from 8:30 to 9 a.m. in the Noble Complex lobby.
 
The high school team camp is June 29-July 1. Cost is $60 per commuter and $200 per boarder. Extra costs are included for meals and there is a $70 deposit for boarders. Each team will play seven games and a Sunday tournament.
