SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist indoor track and field will take a small group Sunday to the JDL Last Chance Invitational in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Events are set to start at 9Â a.m. Central with a rolling schedule to follow. All running events will take place at the JDL Fast Track.

The Bison are entering a men's distance medley relay and a 4x400-meter relay. A team of
Nathan Crowson,
Shirvante Knauls,
Carlos James and
Jacob Janzen own a provisional qualifying time in the DMR of 9:59.69.
Sayvon Milton,
Dillon Phillips, James and Knauls met the provisional standard in the 4x400 earlier this season in 3:13.48.

OBU women will be represented by a 4x400 relay team along with
Abby Hoover and
Sydney Lawrence in the 5000-meter run.
McKae Mitchell,
JoziRose Mayfield,
Sherine Van Der Westhuizen and
Kya Barnes previously met the provisional standard in the relay at 3:47.60. Hoover (16:54.81) and Lawrence (17:16.49) have both earned provisional qualifying status in the 5000.

This marks the last meet on OBU's schedule prior to the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field National Championship on March 9.
