Rickey Named GAC Player of the Week

SHAWNEE – The Great American Conference Monday named Oklahoma Baptist senior Chandler Rickey its Men's Basketball Player of the Week.
 
Rickey, a forward from Broken Bow, averaged 24 points and 11 rebounds to lead the Bison to a win over Harding and a narrow loss to Arkansas Tech.
 
Rickey had seven blocks and four steals and also shot 62 percent from the field, connecting on three of six three-pointers, while also shooting 78 percent from the free throw line.
 
For Rickey, it is his second career GAC Player of the Week award, having also claimed the honor in his sophomore season.
