Cooper scored the game's first eight points, got a rebound and took a charge, posting the Lady Bison to an 8-0 lead three minutes into the game.

Tasha Edge added a three-pointer for an 11-0 run before Harding got a free throw with 5:59 left in the first quarter.

The Lady Bison led 23-15 at the end of the first quarter.

OBU got three-pointers from Edge and
Sydney Hein to make it a 29-15 lead with 8:32 remaining in the half. Cooper added two free throws to complete a 12-0 run for a 31-15 lead.

Autumn Avina hit a three and
Shaylan Coleman got a steal and a basket for a 45-25 lead at the 2:41 mark. The Lady Bison led by as many as 22 points in the first half, ending with a 49-29 edge at intermission.

HU worked the OBU lead down to 15 points, but trailed 70-53 heading into the final frame.

The visitors pulled to within 72-64 with 4:56 left as OBU experienced a five-minute scoring drought.

OBU was 10 of 24 from three-point range, led by Edge with four makes in nine attempts. The Lady Bison also went 16 of 18 from the free throw line with Cooper making all 10 of her attempts.

Edge led OBU with eight rebounds.
Shaylan Coleman and Cooper had four assist each, with Coleman adding four steals.

The Lady Bison return to action Thursday with a home game against Southeastern Oklahoma State in the Noble Complex at 5:30 p.m.
