SHAWNEE – Following two wins at home to open the season, the Oklahoma Baptist women's soccer team face their first test away from the OBU Soccer Complex when they take on the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma at 5:30 p.m. in Chickasha on Saturday night.

Oklahoma Baptist (2-0) enters Saturday's contest averaging 3.00 goals per match while taking an average of 23.5 shots per contest. The Lady Bison are paced by the Great American Conference's leading scorer
Reagan Mann who has two goals this season. Four additional Lady Bison have found the back of the net as well, including
Kerregan Edwards,
Ruth King,
Hannah White and
Jennifer Goethe. King currently leads the conference with two assists.

Defensively, OBU has allowed a miserly 6.5 shots per match through two outings.
Emily Griffith has started both contests so far this season, and currently leads the GAC with a 1.00 goals-against average while also owning a .600 save percentage. For excellent defensive stands to start the season, Goethe and Griffith were named the GAC's Defender and Goalkeeper of the Week for Week One.

USAO (3-0) has rode an offensive outpouring that's averaged 3.67 goals per match through their three-match win streak to open the season. Lindsay Daugherty and Thais Silva currently lead the squad with a combined five goals scored, while Silva also owns the team lead with two assists through three contests. The Drovers' defense has permitted just one goal so far this season, with Brandi Hutchison doing most of the work in goal with a .900 save percentage.

Last season, OBU claimed a 1-0 win over USAO thanks to a 35th minute strike by
Abigail Hicks in Shawnee. The Lady Bison own a 10-3-2 record in the all-time series.
