Zach Norris Transfers to OBU

SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist men's basketball announced the transfer of Zach Norris to the program from Oklahoma Christian.
 
Norris, who will be a senior, is the older brother of OBU redshirt sophomore Caleb Norris and the son of OBU basketball alums Scott and Wendy Norris.
 
"Both my parents played at OBU and my dad coached at OBU so it has always felt like home," Norris said. "I will be blessed with the opportunity to play basketball with my brother and to play for a great coaching staff."
 
The 6-4, 185-pound point guard was a NCCAA Scholar-Athlete while at OC.
 
Norris was an Oklahoma All-State, Academic All-State, and two-time Metro Lakes Conference Player of the Year at Coweta High School, where he was coached by his father.
