Former Bison Run at USATF Championships

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Former Oklahoma Baptist standouts Hannah Fields and Adam Godwin competed at the USATF Indoor Track & Field Championships over the weekend.
 
Fields finished third in the 1000 meters in 2:40.18, one of three competitors to break the previous meet record of 2:40.42. A 2015 graduate from OBU, the Edmond, Oklahoma, native competes for Brooks and owns nine Lady Bison program records, including five individual events and four relays.  
 
Godwin, a 2014 graduate, competed in the mile as an unattached competitor, finishing ninth with a time of 4:10.43. The Edmond native owns four OBU school records, including the indoor mile (4:03.92).
