Lions Defeat Bison

SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist dropped an 11-1 contest to Arkansas-Fort Smith Tuesday.
 
The Bison scored in the eighth when Bob English lined a single into left to score Josh Timms.
 
OBU had six hits, including two by Timms.
 
AJ Merkel (2-2) took the loss.
 
Now 15-10, the Bison head to Russellville, Arkansas, for a three-game series against Arkansas Tech.
