SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist gets back to the Great American Conference schedule Saturday and Sunday at Harding.

Both doubleheaders, which were pushed back a day because of a 40 percent chance of rain Friday.

Heading is 21-3 overall, 11-1 in the Great American Conference and ranked No. 16 in NCAA Division II. Peyton Mills is batting .442 to lead the team to a .332 batting average. Kimmy Hendricks has a team-best five home runs and Autumn Humes has four home runs to go with her team-leading 26 RBI.

Humes also is the defending GAC co-Pitcher of the Week after notching Harding's first-ever perfect game last week against Ouachita Baptist. She is 9-1 with a 1.77 earned run average and 103 strikeouts in 83 innings. Hannah Johnson is 11-1 with a 1.11 earned run average, giving HU a solid 1-2 pitching punch.

Madison Vaughan leads the Lady Bison hitters with a .340 batting average, five home runs and 10 runs batted in. Freshman Shelby Savage is right behind her at .339. The team carries a .277 batting average. Haylee Zimmerman leads the pitching staff at 5-3 with a 3.79 earned run average.

OBU is 2-3 all-time against Harding. HU took three of four from the Lady Bison in Shawnee last season with OBU getting an 8-0 win in the series finale. OBU's other win was a combined no-hitter by Becky Carter and Andrea Tselee in a 7-0 victory in 1983.
