Rickey Earns NCCAA Recognition

SHAWNEE – Chandler Rickey's big week drew notice at the national level.
 
The NCCAA honored the Oklahoma Baptist power forward with its Men's Basketball Player of the Week honor Tuesday.
 
Rickey, a junior from Broken Bow, Oklahoma, averaged 32.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and 3.5 blocked shots while shooting 71 percent from the field.
 
Additionally, he eclipsed 1,000 points in his career Thursday and then turned in the eighth-best scoring game, 42 points, in OBU history during the season finale Saturday.
