SHAWNEE – Oklahoma Baptist gets back to action in softball with a home doubleheader against Oklahoma Panhandle State Tuesday at 3 p.m.
 
Oklahoma Panhandle State comes into the games at 9-7 this season after losing four of their last five games. Anyssa Barbosa hits .438 and has 16 RBI in 14 games. The team hits .268 with a 5.33 earned run average. OPSU has a 27-0 advantage this season in the fifth inning.
 
The Lady Bison are 4-4 since going 1-3 at Henderson State over the weekend.
 
Cheyenne Demaree wasn't on the opening game lineup card but has since made a positive impression and leads the team with a .545 batting average with six hits, including a home run, in 11 at bats. She also has driven in five runs and is second on the team with an .818 slugging percentage.
 
OBU has seven home runs in eight games from five different players. Madison Vaughan leads that effort with three home runs this season.
 
The Lady Bison lead the Great American Conference in team fielding percentage. OBU has made four errors in eight games and has a .982 fielding percentage.
 
Haylee Zimmerman is 2-1 on the season and earned the NCCAA Pitcher of the Week honors two weeks ago.
